She is scarlet with kiwi green and sunshine yellow hair but in her cartoon cameos, she's red-orange. Her cutie mark is a scarlet apple with a kiwi green and white checkered blanket.

Applejack's appearances were very minor and she was depicted as a more orange pony than red. She can first be seen at the beginning of A Very Minty Christmas singing carols with Bumblesweet, Sparkleworks, Cotton Candy, and Sweetberry. She later makes a cameo in Meet the Ponies as a member of the audience in Rainbow Dash's Party.
